6. No License. Each party hereby acknowledges and agrees that all Confidential Information shall be owned solely by the original disclosing party. Each party further agrees that nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any rights, by license or otherwise, under any intellectual property rights of or concerning any of the party’s Confidential Information.
